Whether you are looking for guidance with personal training, or wish to train in a group there are different options available.

There are regular groups for beginner & intermediate runners,

1-1 coaching and online programs available. If you need a kickstart to your fitness you can join us on our Back to Nature fitness weekends. Or if you have an event in mind, why not receive the experience and planning needed from someone who's made the mistakes and learnt his lesson!
