Personal Training
Personal Training provides a focussed, time efficient form of training. Whether it's in your home, a local park or via online training you can be assured you will receive a specific, challenging session that moves you toward your aims.
In the time that I have been involved in fitness I have developed my knowledge through education and experience with clients of all types. Through this experience I have developed an understanding of people's needs and am able to tailor fitness sessions to suit each individual, whilst making training fun and enjoyable.
1-1 training involves a focussed, direct approach to fitness. Through Tom's coaching you will have a personal service that changes your life for the better. You will follow a focussed route to change your habits and develop a foundation of fitness for life. You will have:
* A personal consultation to set out goals, define potential
barriers and lay down a plan of action
* A nutrition evaluation to identify problem areas and
advise on dietary changes.
* Weekly 1-1 fitness sessions to motivate, correct
technique and ensure progression with your
programme.
* A weekly home workout programme to form a new
healthy lifestyle of activity.
* Phone coaching to keep everything on track.
I don't want you to hate fitness (though we all do at times), but enjoy it, relish the challenge it presents and work hard to achieve your aims.
With a clearly defined program of action you will achieve realistic goals laid out between you and Tom.
