Every Monday and Thursday there are two running groups available to beginners in London.
If you are new to running then why not join us for a run along the river starting at St. Pauls tube station.
You'll join other beginners as we guide you through the groundings of good running technique, breathing and core stability.
We use an interval approach to our sessions so that you can build up gradually and ensure you progress without injury. You'll be amazed at how much you enjoy it once you give it a go!
Despite the name we don't go chasing foxes across Hampstead Heath! Instead you'll get to enjoy one of the most beautiful parks in London as you learn the essentials of running.
As with the City Starters we use an interval format of 1-2 minutes running to teach you all that you need to progress as a runner.
No matter what your fitness starting point we can help you to improve your endurance and make sure you enjoy running!
