Back2Nature Summer Bash - SOLD OUT!

Back2Nature brings you a fun packed day of activity in the New Forest.
Starting at Bucklers Hard, famous for shipbuilding in the time of Lord Nelson, we will head straight for the kayak centre on the Beaulieu river. The kayaking is led by qualified instructors with life vests provided. The instructors will conduct a short land based introduction before setting off to the shallows. Here you’ll learn how to paddle, turn your boat and be safe in the water. Once you’ve built your confidence we will enjoy a paddle up the river passing mansions and wildlife before playing a few games with your newly developed skills.

Following our water adventures, we will eat lunch at the Master Builders pub overlooking the Beaulieu river.

Having recharged our batteries, we will be perfectly placed for a scenic walk along the estuary to collect our bikes for the afternoon. We will enjoy a 2-3 hour bike ride into the New Forest and surrounding area. We will follow single and double track as well as quiet country lanes as we explore the countryside near to Beaulieu and Brockenhurst.

Both activities are suitable for all levels. The bike ride will be split into Novice and Experienced groups, so that those returning to fitness can go at their own speed, whilst the more experienced riders cycle ahead at a faster pace.

Vital Statistics

Arrival: By train: If you are coming from London, please take the 7.35am train from London Waterloo arriving into Brockenhurst at 9.16am. We will collect you and take you to Bucklers Hard.

By car: Please meet in the car park at Buckler's Hard, Beaulieu, Hampshire, SO42 7XB at 9.35am

Finish: We can drop you at Brockenhurst railway station by no later than 6pm to return home.

Price: £70 

This includes:
• kayak equipment and life jacket
• fully qualified kayak guided experience
• bike, helmet and all equipment hire
• guide through New Forest
• transport to and from Brockenhurst railway station
• water and energy snacks throughout the day
