I was born and raised in Salisbury, Wiltshire surrounded by countryside and all its health benefits. From an early age I enjoyed being active; playing different sports at school, playing rugby for my town and getting out on my bike with friends to explore.
Exercise has never been a chore, it's a part of my life. I enjoy trying different sports as it challenges me physically and mentally. That's where I get my passion for fitness from; enjoying the outdoors, the positive feelings of being active and the resultant health advantages. Whether its biking trails in the New Forest or running an ultra marathon, I enjoy what I do and that's something I want everyone to realise with fitness.
I have competed in sports for ten years and run long distance in the past 6 years. I have taken on the challenge of distance running and have since completed several half marahons, 4 marathons and 2 ultra marathons. From my experiences I am able to provide training sessions that are fun, varied and challenging.
I am a happy, smily kind of guy, who often talks too much for his own good. But whoever I train or work with gets a positive, helping hand from me. My strengths are in listening to my clients, keeping them happy and motivating them to find new goals.

I come from South Bohemia in the Czech Republic where I lived until I was 23. Apart from roller blading; which I have great experience in, I was never into fitness. In other words I was unfit and overweight.
When I moved to the UK it started a new chapter in my life. I began visiting the gym where I became friends with one of the trainers there called Eduardo. Training with him and experiencing first hand his passion for fitness inspired me to enter the industry.
Whilst training with Eduardo he introduced me to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) which I now hold a blue belt in. In the year and a half that I have been training BJJ I have had some success at tournaments, but enjoy the challenge of training more than competing.
Since starting in the gym 2 and a half years ago I have lost around 15kg of body fat and increased my strength, so that I can squat, bench press and deadlift more than my bodyweight. To be honest I don't feel that I have reached my peak and will continue to strive to achieve more.
When starting with my clients I set realistic short and medium term goals in order to achieve their ultimate long term aim. This process improves their confidence and keeps them motivated. As a result this helps to balance their lifestyle and creates a positive attitude.
As I have used many forms of training I enjoy sharing my experience with others, making their workout functional and as much fun as possible.
I will always bring a good mood to my sessions, ready to help you.
